Behind the school’s steering wheel is Mr Waiswa Ben Godfrey, a former Head Teacher of Busalamu S.S in Luuka District, and an Old Student of Walsh University in the United States.
He is a qualified professional teacher with a Masters Degree in Education Management and Administration, a Bachelors Degree in Education, and a Diploma of Secondary School Education.
He has been in the Education service for over twenty six years and has worked in over eight (8) schools. He therefore has a good working experience.
The Head Teacher is deputized by five (5) officials, two (2) of whom are in-charge of Administration and the remaining three (3) in charge of Academics. The Deputy Head Teacher incharge of Administration are Mr. Muwayi Abdul and Ms Tikyamulala Christine, while those in charge of Academics are :

- Increased the Enrollment from 1100 to 2765 in four years.

- Began the construction of a Multi-purpose 18-class room block
- Began the construction of a 4- storeyed girls’ dormitory and completed the multi-purpose building of the library, main Hall and computer laboratory.
